What clean standards does Seenaya follow?
Our focus is on powerful natural ingredients and we follow a far stricter standard of clean than what you generally see at retailers and other brands. Every Seenaya product is halal, vegan, cruelty-free,
synthetic fragrance-free, suitable for sensitive skin, gluten-free,
dermatologist approved and clinically proven. All Seenaya products are also halal certified by the American Halal Foundation, vegan certified by PETA and cruelty-free certified by Leaping Bunny.
Our prohibited ingredients include, but are not limited to: Silicones, Mineral Oil, Petroleum, Palm & Palm-Derivatives,Sulfates, PEG, Detergents, Surfactants,
Formeldehyde Donors, Parabens, Synthetic Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol & other known endocrine disruptors, MCI/MI
(Methylchlorisothizolinone/Methylisothiazolinone).

Are Seenaya's products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! All of our products are clinically tested on sensitive skin.
When trying new products we recommend applying a small amount on your wrist and waiting 10-15 mins to see if any reaction occurs.

Orders & Returns
How do I return or exchange a product?
Your satisfaction is important to us. Purchases made on seenaya.com can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the price of the product. Please note that original shipping costs cannot be refunded. A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The product must be new or gently used; please retain the outer packaging for safe transport.
A full refund or new product will be provided for damaged items. Simply email us with a picture of the damaged item.

We unfortunately do not accept international returns (outside the U.S. and Canada).
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status on your Account page. You will receive an email and SMS when your order is confirmed and when your order is shipped to you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can reach out to us at hello@seenaya.com. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed for shipment we will not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
What forms of payment does Seenaya accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover credit cards. We also accept Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Shop Pay.
We are also pleased to offer flexible payments through Shop Pay Installments.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada through our website checkout process.
If you are located elsewhere and would like to purchase our products, please email us at hello@seenaya.com and we can send you a separate quote for international shipping.
How long will my products take to arrive?
Your order will be shipped within two businesses days of order placement. We use various courier services to get you your products as soon as possible.
Products will typically arrive within 8 business days of shipping. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout that will typically arrive within 3 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders (code FREESHIPPING is automatically applied at checkout).
For orders shipping to Canada we determine the most cost-effective shipping method and calculate the shipping cost at checkout.
